Deliveries and returns

ORDER DELIVERIES:

Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next working day.

The transport of the purchased articles will be carried out through the service of transport contracted by Zdzerodefects. The The delivery time of the order is between 1 and 5 working days. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service Department on 937 901 324. During Christmas, bank holidays, long weekends and during the month of August, orders may be delayed.

In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility of finding someone at the address, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly, and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to the contact telephone number.

If you are not at home when the courier company delivers your order, you will be left with a notice to pass. Please follow the instructions in the notification given or in the email sent to you by the transport company to arrange a new delivery date.

Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address given when the order was placed to a different delivery address once the order has been shipped.

The shipping price is automatically calculated according to the destination and volume of the goods to be shipped. The exact price of the transport will be calculated when each item is placed in the shopping cart and will appear on the summary page of the purchase before the confirmation of the order through “Confirm order” and before the introduction of the data of the credit or debit card, paypal, cash on delivery…

ORDER DELIVERIES:

You can return any product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The delivery costs will only be refunded in case of an error on our part (e.g. missing product, wrong size or pattern etc.).

Due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns of unworn garments. Returned goods must be in their original condition, including packaging. All products will be inspected upon return and only those in their original condition will be refunded, the rest will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you pack the goods properly to avoid damage to the product and boxes. In the unlikely event that you need to return the goods please email us first at customer service: info@zedesa.es.
