This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that TEXTIL ZE,DE, S.A. (hereinafter, “TEXTIL ZEDE”) makes available to Internet users. This Policy forms an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.

The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorisation to provide their data to TEXTIL ZEDE for the aforementioned purposes.

The Portal may offer functionalities to share content through third party applications, such as Facebook or Youtube. These applications may collect and process information related to the user’s browsing on the different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by third party users of the applications, and their interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing the applications.

For the purposes of technical security and system diagnostics, in an anonymised or aggregated form, TEXTIL ZEDE may record the IP address (Internet access identification number of the device, which allows devices, systems and servers to recognise and communicate with each other). Such information may also be used for web performance analysis purposes.

For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?

TEXTIL ZEDE processes the information provided by the User in order to attend to the requests of various kinds made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be to manage the data protection of existing and potential customers who purchase our products via the website.

TEXTIL ZEDE may draw up a commercial profile, based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of such a profile.

In the event that the User registers on the Portal through the social login, TEXTIL ZEDE will only access the User’s personal data for which he/she has given his/her consent during the configuration of the access to the social network in question. Any information provided in connection with such social applications may be accessed by members of the relevant social network, and such interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the entities providing the services. TEXTIL ZEDE has no control over or responsibility for such entities or their use of user information.

Information about the processing of data for sending communications from TEXTIL ZEDE

The data used, or provided, in the informative and/or promotional communications are processed by TEXTIL ZEDE for purposes consisting of the electronic sending of information and communications about products, offers, sales; and the creation of profiles for commercial purposes.

Consent for the sending of such communications may be revoked at any time in each of the communications received by means of the mechanism provided for this purpose.

How long will we keep the User's personal data?

In general, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to deal with the User’s request or as long as the User does not request their deletion.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User's personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimisation by consent of the User.

To which recipients will the User's personal data be communicated?

The data will be provided to other Data Processors who have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Likewise, the data may be transferred to public administrations and bodies for the fulfilment of obligations directly enforceable on TEXTIL ZEDE.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether TEXTIL ZEDE processes personal data concerning him/her, as well as to access his/her personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of his/her data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to his or her particular situation, the User may object to the processing of his or her data. TEXTIL ZEDE shall cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
